Note page plugin

This plugin creates note pages independently for discussing, memorandums, etc. This may be useful when you wish others to advice but not to edit the page.

Enable the plugin from the administration page and any page will have a link to the note page which has prefix `Note-'.

You can change a template for note pages from the administration page.
